Ninety seven year old widow Anne Stapleton, aware of the rising cost of living looked to the ECO affordable warmth scheme for the installation of a new boiler after receiving a phone call from
Tivium. Her boiler was at least 12 years old and was performing with an efficiency of less than 75%.
Mrs Stapleton was more than pleased with the installation of the Worcester Bosch boiler and the
extra accessories which came as part of the £199.00 one off payment package.
”Which isn’t bad when you think we used to have a coal fire, you know and you bought a bag of
coal, now you can’t because a bag would be £10.00 a week and then I mean you would have to pay
for your Gas and Electric on top of that.”

North East pensioner Ann Winn received a new Worcester Bosch boiler in place of her old
inefficient back boiler under the ECO affordable warmth scheme as arranged by Tivium LTD in
Autumn 2013. When asked about the benefit brought about the scheme, Mrs Winn’s response was
that her ’house has never been so warm!’.
Initially contacted by the ’very good staff’ at Tivium via telephone Mrs Winn discovered she was
eligible for the scheme due to her pension credit.
Mrs Winn is now able to control the temperature of her house with ease, ’this is a warm room.’
Mrs Winn has found herself so warm that she leaves her digital free standing thermostat* ’in the
passage rather than this room and there’s been no problems’. In order to get an average

to be more than beneficial after a disappointing cost projected by her gas board, which included a

Raymond Nixon heard about Tivium by word of mouth and was interested in the exclusive package
Tivium promoted in September 2013. Under the scheme Mr Nixon now has new A‐ Rated
Worcester Bosch condensing boiler in time to save money before the winter rising gas prices. Mr
Nixon’s boiler was installed in replacement of an old back boiler which performed at an efficiency
rating of 65%. This was financially problematic and very uneconomical meaning that every £100.00
pound spent on energy by Mr Nixon there was a loss of around £35.00 pounds.
